CHAPTER 01
Following the Sindh River
The road leaves Srinagar and immediately picks up the trail of the mighty Sindh River, its glacial waters running blue and freezing cold.
CHAPTER 02
The Valley Narrows
Passing through Kangan, the valley walls begin to close in. The sound of the river grows louder, and the first snow-capped peaks come into view in the distance.
CHAPTER 03
Entering the Meadow of Gold
As you climb past Gagangir, the valley suddenly opens up. Snow-capped peaks surround you, and the air turns crisp. Sonamarg reveals itself in all its glacial glory.
